Responding to questions from his assembly, Osho explores the theme of each individual’s responsibility in creating the world we live in, and how the world can be transformed into one that is free from politics and religions, based on the new approach of “meritocracy.” He gives a point-by-point critique of the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, then proposes his own formulation: ten elemental rights through which humanity can blossom into ultimate flowering.

He also discusses many other topics, from the nature of charisma to a new dimension to aging.
